Welcome to my Blog

I've always been anti-blog (not reading, just producing) but because I requested a new camera for Christmas and received said camera and am now forced to use said camera (it was expensive), I need a place to put my pictures.  My husband suggested a BLOG!  I caved and here I am.  As you might have noticed, I'm mother to the greatest dog (another category might be the WEIRDEST dog) in the world!  His name is Tigger and he is a Shepherd mix (mixed with what?  Hyena?  Coyote?  It only looks that way-we don't know what he's mixed with.)  We've had Tigger going on 3 years and rescued him from a shelter.  We filled out a form, the lady took us straight to Tigger (I was a little disappointed cuz I thought he was sort of ugly) and put us in a play area with him.  It took us 5 minutes to be convinced that this was our dog.  We have never felt differently.  I will talk more about Tigger and his "special" qualities later.

I'm also wife to Jon Yager who is an amazingly good photographer and still works his day job to support us while wishing he could photo 24/7.  Of course he's the one who jumped on my camera request and made sure the camera he bought me was good enough for him to borrow if he wants to.  Hmmmm.........   I had to claim my camera and start taking pictures or the camera was sure to migrate to his bag.

I'm also the mother to THREE great kids and a FABULOUS daughter-in-law.  There names are Kiel and Emily, Tree, and Sam.  Kiel and Emily have been married almost two years and they both just graduated from BYU.  Kiel is starting law school in the fall.  Tree is a Sophmore and Samantha is in 8th Grade. They are all awesome kids.  I really do like them just as much as Tigger.....
